  • QWhat information do I need to provide at the time of booking?

    When contacting us, we will need the following information:

    • A contact name
    • Contact phone number(s)
    • Address of where the equipment is
    • The problems you are having

    A technician will work with you to arrange a suitable time to visit.

  • QWhen are you available?

    A

    Four Quarters Computing does not have set 9 – 5 hours. We know that not everyone can be at home or have the business shut down during work hours, so our technicians will visit you on weekends and during evenings (arranged in advance and subject to technician availability). Our fees stay the same no matter when you book us. Please leave a message with your contact details so we may get back to you soon as possible on the rare occasion we miss your call!

  • QHow long will it take to fix?

    A

    Most problems can be dealt with in 1 to 2 hours, but issues like virus removal, intermittent faults or connection problems can take several hours or days. If a technician estimates that a particular job will take longer than two hours, we will advise you of this, and if possible, offer to perform the work offsite at a reduced rate.

  • QWhat about Payment?

    A

    All payments are due immediately upon invoicing. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, EftPOS, Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge for credit card payments. All prices listed on this website include GST.
